This web event offers an overview and demonstration of how the Stratum Sales Performance Management (SPM) module can be leveraged to promote a collaborative Sales & Operations Planning process.

During this session, you'll learn how your sales organization can use SPM to create sales plans / budgets while your demand planners, inventory planners and operational staff can use it to create demand forecasts.
