Westmont, Illinois - January 13, 2004 - Silvon Software, Inc. announced today that Boise, ID-based J.R. Simplot Company, a privately held agribusiness corporation, has licensed the Silvon Stratum™ suite of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications.

Simplot will run the Stratum Sales Performance Management and Inventory Performance Management applications on top of a data repository consisting of sales, open order, inventory and other operational information extracted from the company’s J. D. Edwards One World application and its other legacy business systems.
