Overview:
Enterprise Forecasting teaches students a basic understanding of forecasting’s role within their company, what the different types of forecasts are, how to implement a forecasting process and how to evaluate and improve the forecasting process.
Along with these fundamentals, students will learn how enterprise forecasting is used as an input to Sales and Operations Planning and will touch on collaborative supply chain forecasting.
