Founded in 1987, Silvon Software, Inc. develops and provides business Enterprise
Performance Management analytic applications to manufacturing, wholesale distribution
and retail enterprises. Today, our Enterprise Performance Management applications
are licensed by more than 1,500 customers globally. These solutions provide
to our customers hard dollar, bottom-line benefits from reducing cost of goods
sold to shrinking inventories, accelerating time-to-market, and improving overall
supply chain productivity. Our solutions are also validated and endorsed by
leading industry analysts and organizations including Microsoft, IBM and Compaq.
Behind Silvon's products are more than 100 professionals worldwide in the
areas of product research and development, technical support, consulting, sales,
marketing and administration. We are positioned to meet the growing demands
of a global market through offices in the U.S. and a wholly-owned subsidiary
in the United Kingdom that serves as the sales and support organization for
our distributors, affiliates and customers throughout Europe, the Middle East
and Africa.

Executive Management Team

Mike Hennel,
President & CEO
Mr. Hennel is responsible for driving the Company's vision and for managing
day-to-day operations. He is also actively involved in the strategic planning
and development of all Silvon products, including product acquisitions. Mr.
Hennel has 23 years of sales, marketing, consulting and software development
management experience in the computer industry. Prior to establishing Silvon
in 1987, he spent six years at Pansophic Systems, Inc. (now part of SSA Global
Technologies). While at Pansophic, Mr. Hennel managed the firm's international
application software customer and agent network, as well as the development
of Pansophic's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software products for manufacturing,
distribution and financial systems. |

John Hughes,
Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Mr. Hughes joined Silvon in 1995 and is responsible for building and managing
the Company's sales and marketing organizations worldwide. Mr. Hughes brought
22 years of experience in the computer software industry to Silvon. As Marketing
Manager of Application Software for Chicago-based System Software Associates (SSA),
he was responsible for re-positioning the company's products in the open client/server
market and for SSA's vertical marketing plan, competitive intelligence program,
pricing and product positioning strategies. Prior to SSA, he was Sales and Marketing
Director for Motorola, Inc., where he was responsible for developing, implementing
and managing the sales, marketing and customer support operation for a start-up
subsidiary specializing in industrial automation software. He was also employed
over a ten-year period at Hewlett Packard in various management positions, where
as a Area General Manager he managed a 400-person/$130 million organization responsible
for all computer products, software and measurement systems sales and support.

Frank C. Bunker, Jr.,
Vice President of Support & Client Services
Mr. Bunker is one of the founding partners of Silvon and is responsible for
managing the Company's worldwide professional services, customer support, and
internal IT organizations and related programs. Mr. Bunker helped build and develop
Silvon's Professional Services organization after working on the teams that developed
the Company's initial products and first Business Intelligence solution suite.
Today, he continues to be actively involved in the planning and development of
Silvon products. Prior to founding Silvon, Mr. Bunker was employed by Pansophic
Systems, where he designed and built ERP applications and productivity aids. |

Steve Morgan,
General Manager of Development
Mr. Morgan has overall responsibility for all product strategies, functional
signoffs, promotional campaigns, competitive intelligence, documentation and product
rollout efforts relating to the DataTracker product suite. He joined Silvon in
1993 with 15 years of experience in the design, development and marketing of application
software products. For six years at Pansophic Systems, he was responsible for
the worldwide product direction of the PRMS financial and distribution application
products for IBM mid-range systems. Prior to Pansophic, Mr. Morgan held sales,
installation and user training positions for an integrated accounting software
and hardware point-of-sale system company, and he was responsible for operational
management of a service bureau providing accounts receivable billing to the floral
industry. |

Mark Mahara,
Managing Director & Vice President of EMEA
Mark Mahara joined Silvon in 1999 and assumed responsibility for Silvon's
Europe, Middle East and Africa operation. In this position, he is actively
involved in strategic planning, business development, sales and marketing
directives. Mr. Mahara has been in the computer industry for the last 23 years
and has held senior management positions over that period with other large
technology companies, including Compuware, Cognos and Data General.
