Sales Performance Management (SPM) is the core component of the Stratum suite and a comprehensive module that allows managers to analyze sales and inventory levels and track profitability in order to meet internal goals and streamline the supply chain. With this module, you can create sales and demand forecasts, analyze sales trends, track corporate revenue goals, compare performance levels, and respond more quickly and accurately to customer purchasing dynamics.
Sales & Operations Planning
Stratum SPM allows your sales organization to easily create sales plans
/ budgets and your demand planners, inventory planners and operational
staff to create demand forecasts. SPM then brings all of the plans together
in a single Sales and Operations Plan that satisfies everyone’s
needs and constraints while minimizing inventory excesses or shortages.
And it offers extensive analytics for assessing actual performance to
plan.
Sales & Operations Management
Once your Sales & Operations Plan has been agreed upon, Stratum SPM
allows you to manage the plan via ongoing analysis of open orders, inventory,
and revenue / profit performance by any customer, product, geography
and organizational perspective.
Demand Management
Stratum SPM also provides the ability to manage demand through the use of pricing what -if scenarios and event schedules. Event schedules can be used to impact the demand where known business activities affect sales, including promotions or different calendar effects such as Independence Day or Easter weeks. Price what-if scenarios can be performed to understand the impact on sales revenue using forecasted demand.
Accounts Receivable Analysis
Stratum SPM additionally offers a number of analytical views and reports
for analyzing and better managing your Accounts Receivable. The application
includes functionality for evaluating Open Accounts Receivable & Aging,
analyzing AR Collections History, evaluating AR Discounting, assessing
Customer Credit Status, and analyzing Cash Inflow.
