Silvon offers a variety of flexible implementation services packages to help you meet your project goals.

Live in 45 

You can be up-and-running with Stratum very quickly by leveraging our “Live in 45” packaged service offering. “Live in 45” gives you unprecedented insight into your business within 45 days through the availability of more than 35 analytic reports that cover the most critical Sales and Inventory performance measurements needed by supply chain businesses today. 

What makes “Live in 45” particularly powerful is the pre-defined implementation approach it incorporates through a pre-configured, integrated data model that leverages standard Stratum analytic views.  With much of the configuration completed beforehand, the “Live in 45” Stratum solution is ready to be loaded with your data and can be rapidly rolled out throughout the organization following user acceptance and validation.

“Live in 45” will not only have your organization conducting sophisticated business analyses quickly, but will also lay the informational foundation to improve the effectiveness of many of your operational business process.  Your organization will have the technical infrastructure in place; and through Silvon-conducted education and hands-on skill transfer, the know-how to further leverage your Stratum investment to incorporate additional analysis related to Sales and Inventory Performance Management.  In addition, “Live in 45” can serve as the foundation for you to extend into other Stratum applications, including our Marketing Performance Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Customer Relationship Management, Manufacturing Performance Management and Profitability Performance Management modules.

Managed Services

Silvon Managed Services is a service offering specifically designed to maximize the effectiveness and increase the value of your Stratum investment and deployment.  The purpose of Managed Services is to retain Silvon expertise to further extend the Stratum platform capabilities to meet business and user needs as while your organization becomes more familiar with your Stratum solution.

  The foundation of Managed Services is a dedicated Silvon Account Administrator who will take ownership of and responsibility for the daily oversight, administration, and maintenance of your Stratum solution.   Your Account Administrator, often in conjunction with other Silvon resources, will perform the tasks of a typical Stratum Administrator in terms of regular monitoring, directly working with users, and promote more sophisticated usage of your Stratum deployment.  Managed Services not only brings regular, direct and expert involvement from Silvon in your solution, but it also frees valuable IT resources for activities core to your business. 

The Managed Services offering is available with packages designed for both new and existing Silvon customers.

Audit Plus

This five-day offering is designed for existing customers who would like to extend the value of their Stratum investment by assessing where they are, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing Technical, Admin, or User Education in needed areas.  The content of the Offering includes
