Silvon’s Implementation Services offers best-practice expertise and ongoing support during the installation and deployment of Stratum to the end-user community. At the completion of the deployment phase, customers may opt to retain ongoing assistance via Silvon’s Managed Services.

Managed Services
Managed Services puts the ongoing maintenance and support of your Stratum deployment into Silvon’s hands while freeing your IT staff to focus on other critical projects. You choose the services you’d like us to provide, (from IT-related tasks to end-user adoption, support and education), and leave it to us to take care of them for you!

Education Services
Silvon’s Education Services provides instructor-led courses on-site at your location, “virtual classroom” courses, self-study web-based courses and video tutorials.
